How Founders Own Their Business

There are three ways that entrepreneurs become entrepreneurs. They're either founders of a business, they may have inherited it or purchased it. We're seeing more of that as the baby boomers retire and the younger generation comes and buys those companies. And I'd just be curious from your perspective, what impact, how they came about owning their company has on some of the issues we've been talking about today.
