Are You a Vegan or Near Vegan?

I would like to see people change in terms of what they eat because the major form of suffering that humans inflict on non human animals is in raising and producing them for food. So I would like people to change that ideally to become vegan or near vegan or if that's too much at least to avoid purchasing any factory found products. And for climate really to avoid purchasing beef and lamb because the ruminant animals produce more greenhouse gases than others. Those seem to me to be critical changes that could dramatically improve the world in terms of reducing suffering and slowing climate change and biodiversity loss. so, you know, that would be the most important change that people can make and then of course they can advocate
