The Adventures of a Chef
I have five months until I start uni. Why not spend it here? I get a job at a local bar and live off the free lunch in the kitchen. On my last day before returning to England, I decide to climb the higher of the two outcrops that flank my beach. It's risky. The surface is jagged. The rocks are like razor blades broken by the waves in the wind. And then I slip and tear a chunk of flesh out of my knee.
