When you're compassionate toward that mess, it becomes much more workable. You have more emotional resources to learn from your mistakes and commit to trying to do somethingdifferently in the future. There was a lot of immaturity, a lot of factor s that played in to the decisions i made. I'm not the only one who's hurt someone or that did something they really regretted.
