What Was Esau Like?
Esau traded his birthright for that red lentil stew. He said to Jacob quick, let me have some of that red stew. That is why he was also called edam. So what Esau did is he actually sealed a transaction which would constrict his allegiance to a particular seed. And on that fateful day, what he did is he rejected Yahweh, the God of his fathers.
