I think every human being i know is a leader. But not many of them would agree with that, and there in lies the problem. A lot of people lead from a very inauthentic place. And sometimes we don't create enough band with or we don't crat enough space to bring our own individual authenticity. Sometimes they just need to honour themselves and bring more of who they are into that leadership role. That's giving yourself permission to bring that part of you out into your work and to play with atnd, to experiment with each day.

- "Everyone has the capacity to make an impact. I believe all of us carry some demons."
