Camp: Some people need a larger team underneath of them to accomplish what it is that they are setting out to do. "I don't want to see the decisions that i make trickle down through a hundred other people who will then produce the results," he says. Camp has worked on some pretty big teams, including for higher up executives. He's trying to build his own business so he can eventually start to lead a group of people.
