79% of millionaires did not receive any inheritance at all from their parents or other family members. The majority didn't even grow up around a lot of money. 93 % millionaires said they got their wealth because they worked hard, not because they had big salaries. Only two per cent of millionaires came from an upper income family. 98 percent come from middle class or below.
