How Do You Define Behavioral Intelligence?

I was working in provider services and like markets for a period of four, five years. And so one of the reasons I was quite captivated by your product is sort of plugs in with certain possible we're trying to build. How do you define behavioral intelligence? We are focusing on something that can actually not be detected itself because it doesn't matter in a workplace.
