Leadership is something i struggle with all the time. Every event i do is a struggle till i get my mind right. And it takes a lot of work and a lot of practice. The outdoors is a wonderful place for leaders to go practise this stuff. I'm always complaining about cold hands and mouths. But isn't this what i teach people? Ah, becaus back off that complaining. It's a chance ot practiced decision making.
