The Shefa of Contemplation
The first part of the book is a description of a very special practice that I've been doing in one form or another for many many years and this is a practice which is fairly simple and easily described. It produces the engine that allows for the effulgence of contemplative fullness to emerge from one's own heart it allows what we call the shefa, an essential effulgence that communicates its nature. That place of realization where they're meant to go where they're designed to go right so the third part of thebook is an essay on this process.
