Is Russia in the Driver's Seat?
I find it difficult to believe that with poorly trained, quite likely poorly equipped and quite likely discontented, constrict troops, Russia will be able to resume the offensive on a large scale. But as I say, you know, I could be wrong. And of course, if you're repelling an attack, you don't need troops who are as well-trained or as motivated as you do when they're trying to attack and capture positions. So that is my sense of how the near future will look.
