I'm Fined More With Very Large Sums of Compensation Than Other People Are
Some companies have things where it's sort of theyr. They're small items, but they're a little o odd in terms of the culture. Pay them a lot of salary and then have them by their own stuf. I'm fined more with very large amounts of compensation than other people are. That doesn't bother me as much. Most companies should not rely that there can only be one person running it.
