Intravenous Thrombolysis in Patients With Ischemic Stroke and Recent Ingestion of Direct Oral Anticoagulants
David Zefka published a paper titled, Intravenous Thrombolysis in patients with ischemic stroke and recent ingestion of direct oral anticoagulants. The main outcome of our study was symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage after thrombolytic therapy. After adjusting for relevant confounders, the adjusted ostracia for bleeding was actually 0.57 which was statistically significant. We would recommend everyone listen to the full-length podcast regarding the paper on January 3rd edition of Jamminerology.
