Doug: Stephen says that that guy you mentioned is English barista credited with pioneering the Britain's third wave coffee movement. Matt: The first wave of coffee was like the cheap Folgers type stuff, at least in the United States. Doug: And this third wave is the light roasted different brewing methods, brew at home. That really has gotten me to become a big coffee fan, that third wave.
