My job is to be on your side, but also be critical. And I think the same for the vision. Your vision should be simple and huge, but you have to grow into it. But that means you still have to be very clear now. You can't scale something complex. Most people struggle and it gets too complex. My biggest mistake earlier on my career in the good and so on was used against me because people thought I was weak. That's what I was unsure. The strongest thing is to be aware what you don't know.
