How to Define Intensity in Jiu Jitsu
In Jiu Jitsu and lifting weights, how much weight can you lift in a given time? So power lifters and lifters in general can measure their workout in terms of tonnage. I believe that one people are structuring their workouts kind of incorrectly, whether it be jiu-jitsu or gym. And I think we need like a little bit more rest time in our matches so we can have a harder round every round. In the gym, lifting the weights, cap your workout and get it done because this is hard to control here.
