We put out things to the universe that we don't actually want right and that goes full circle. To me unwillingly practicing black magic on myself from a seven year old kid looking at myself in the mirror really identifying everything negative that I could sense and see about myself putting that out to the universe. Many of us are doing that every day in little ways whether it's comparing ourselves to other people or that inner critic or that inner voice you know that we let lead the show that's just negative and it's not empowering. One of the keys that we can all do is practice deeper connection deeper self-love, she says.
