There's no shortcuts. You have to go through the journey, which basically fully embrace yourself and the problem. Be very flexible with the solution, right? So understand that persona, that you're targeting,. what problem you're solving, how they're doing it today. And I did it old school, meaning if you can't talk to people and they say, yes, I have that problem, you just described. The product is part of the business. It's not the business.
