I'm Not Replacing Nurses but Opportunities to Learn

I definitely want people to understand that this is not a replacement this is opportunities to learn I'm creating opportunities for people to be able to do a thing possibly more times than they would in a traditional setting so if you're a nurse not your nurse but a nurse hypothetically speaking only hat don't want to say only only sounds rude hat four hours of practice with the four other people on one skill before they took their competency exam. I think that nurse would love an opportunity to learn that skill a little longer practice it more get additional feedback all of these other things that will probably make them more secure or comfortable or whatever that they need when they go into the clinical setting.
