Trump and the Second Administration

There are many theories about, a why trump was so in effective. But it didn't help that his administration was filled with these people who fundamentally did not agree with the mandate that voters gave him in 20 16. The mentality for getting re elected was more like, how can we weaken how can we increase our grift? How can we profit more during the second administration? That ht was really the mentality for a lot of these people.
