The Ukraine Strike
Roland Francis: Whoever is responsible for the strike that killed two people in Poland will face consequences. If it was Russia, then the consequences would be more obvious. But if Ukraine is responsible, then I think the consequences will be less clear. It could trigger a nervousness in the West and in Europe that this war cannot be allowed to endure indefinitely.
