Do You Know Who Is Being Unfaithful?

You see your friends' spouse having dinner with a very young, attractive person that you do not know. From the way they are behaving, it's obvious that they are more than friends. What do you do? Is this a friend of mine as well? Or is it just my friend's spouse I don't know very well? Does that matter?
