TechCrunch editor Alex Vatanka is the founder and CEO of Argo, a startup that uses technology to make traffic stops safer. He says he's been pulled over 12 times in his life but has never received a ticket. His most recent pullover involved being asked to do a breathalyzer test by an officer who thought he was driving too fast. "I'm going to turn the trick because I just can't help myself," said Vatanka.
