The Importance of Reason

Inamat Emea acknowledges the presence of two groups. On one side, there are some of the Sufis who basically would find fault with reason and criticize it. The rationalist theologians on the opposite side who exaggerated in the role of reason. And so he does recognize the importance of reason and he says it has a certain domain. So that's why in his book he used reason a lot because that is the domain that reason needs to be used.
