Is There a Disconnect Between the Ultra and the Trail Ultra?

You see far more than you do in another sort of trail ultra marathon. There's an argument to almost say, has it gone too far that you see too much? I'm pretty certainly would have looked like we were dueling neck and neck and neck on the tracker. But then after a while, we just ran together quite, quite casually, quite chatty for maybe like eight hours or something. We were just kind of chilling, if I'm honest. Can we talk about like the training for this? You live in the Lowery, right, like close to the equator.
