There's a lot of pressure about like in phase two, what am I going to get out of it? And then in phase three, which exact cockpit? Yep. Not many people walks recruiting offs looking for a specific aircraft. You develop this idea of what you must do with your career, but you have no perspective to make that decision. The moment I sort of quote unquote found peace on phase two was when I realized that the only thing I could do was do my best.
