The Differences Between the South and the North

The north started out with Jeroboam and had he followed David's path, God had promised. But of course, Jeroboam right away diverges from that path and makes the golden calves. And you're not talking about a royal line anymore at all. Not at all. Because now you just got guys getting assassinated. This wasn't like, there's one thing, if you assassinate someone and then you bring the true king out of hiding and put him on the throne or whatever. That is the one of the big differences between south and north.
