The Soft Landing Narrative

Tech and real estate are really top of mind for a lot of people, given the fact that we're trying to figure out what's happening with the economy and interest rates. The NASDAQ is up almost 2%. Earnings seem to be feeding into this soft landing narrative. I honestly think that the probability has risen for such a scenario over the course of the past two or three months here. It is not the standard scenario to expect, but you shouldn't rule it out.
