There's that same tribal loyalty to a sports team where all of a sudden if the team moves away, that's a bigger deal than just any potential economic loss. I'm born and raised in New England. And I can't begin to fathom the Patriots leaving the Red Sox saying, well, Fenway's great, but we're going to go to Oakland. There's a ton of incentive to cheat on that deal.
