The Importance of a Partnership Agreement
Too many GPs operate without a proper legal framework, and they shouldn't do. It's always easier to actually have those agreements in place because you agree things when you're getting on. But the second thing is also just some general financial planning that needs to be done around things that simple protections can be put in place.
