The Dutch Academic System Is Being Influenced by the United States, but Also About English System
In the Netherlands, Vaitinschap is primarily humanities. So in some ways, there is an implied hierarchy there that the humanities are a true Vaitinshap and also the original Vaitinsshap. The Dutch academic system is being influenced, especially by the United States, but also about English system. And it's very interesting to think about how that changes your view of the world, even, and the world of the academy.
