Think back, try to ignore the potential feeling you have to overthink it. Would you say outside of that deep down, are you relieved? Are you hopeful? Just knee jerk reaction to that. If the answer is yes, you're feeling relief and hope, relief and peace. I think sometimes reminding yourself of this is all you need to know.
