Is Everybody in Chicago Corrupt?
We seem to require the ability to form a conscious, self reflective intent in order to attribute at least the most moral blame. We don't do that a for collective intelligence. Why do we hold that there? Like, if we're trying to modify the intelligent agency, right? That should seem to be, like, why do you care about whether or not someone is criminally negligent? You're really making me wonder.
