Cucugato Salmon Recipe - Mechi Chong

Mese chong is green plum syrup my mamma axuolly, calls it mmese cis. It's a syrup made out of these curriand green plums as a very particular taste that i remember from my child. Mechi tong is also used to marinate sweeter meats. You may have tried it in kabe or brugogi. Oh, and you can even make yourself a warm or cold drink by adding a spoonful of meshi chong to water for a little treat.
