Do Russians Own Super Yachts?
Suleiman Karimov is a sanctioned Russian oligarch. He has not disputed publicly that he owns or doesn't own this yacht. The management company that had managed it disputes that he owned it and says actually the real owner is Mr. Kudinataf. They haven't proceeded yet with civil forfeiture complaint so this process is likely to take years to litigate because of the amount of evidence they need to compile.
