Hurtzog's verna hutzog version is a remake of the 19 20 twoye f w mene version, stenma shreck er. It stars klauskinsky as the most ghastly, ghoulish, pale, fanged version of the character ever. And quite a substantial roll for bruno gans, as jonathan harker. The first act with brono brunogans travelling through into carpathia er and being kind of shepherded to the door of the count starts off brilliantly.
