i find myself stopping and thinking about that quite often. Like, is it essential that i do this? It's something i need to work on and get better at doing a just because people are texting me and asking me for things more than ever. And so when i feel guilty about saying no to something, like i got invited to the super bowl this year, right by one of the teams in the super Bowl. I would have loved to go to the superbowl, but that meant a week end that i'm not at home,. That would mean disrupting my routine. But also, tucking my kids in at night is a good experience.
