Leadership is a wonderfully complex topic.

Leaders are everywhere, and they have an impact on people's lives.

There are no perfect recipes. Leaders have different styles. Leaders have good things, and bad things.

I guess that is the reason why there is so much content on the topic. So many books, videos, podcasts...

I've personally done more than a few episodes on Leadership, especially in the technology world. But I never, ever, get tired of it. Because each person I interview has their own unique Style.

Today, I will interview Josh Sheppard, a seasoned CTO with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry.
