There are many things that could be done to maintain the system, but make it more what you would argue, i imagine, constitutional. I'm troubled by the comparison for governor quomo, he was pushed out of office because of documented instances of sexual harassment. Donald trump was impeached because of misconduct. No one is alleging that gavenesam engaged misconduct. Not only not of the kind of governor cromo or president trump, but of any kind whatsoever.
