One of the difficulties here is that with the highest category of saturated fat intake, they were also the group that was more likely to have high glycemic index diets. And so being unable to parse those out between here can just become a bit messy and becomes a bit of an issue. But as I said, we can maybe return to that when we get a bit later on in the discussion. For now though, let's round off this look at those four primary studies that get most cited in support of a lack of association between saturated fat and heart disease.
