The Hestlin Case - A New Format for OA News

Last week we got a ruling from Judge Maya Garagambel in the Hestlin case. And this was a motion for reconsideration on the punitive damages cap. She indicated that she would uphold the entire $45 million in punitive damages, despite Texas' cap of $750,000. This is one of the rare OAs in which I'm going not on the document but on the basis of what attorneys have said from the courtroom.
