Buffett Continues to Buy Occidental

Buffett continues to buy more Occidental in the open market. He says he doesn't want to control the company, but is happy to own their shares. Do you think he's sitting there thinking that? I'm sure he has some sort of macro view on oil prices. The last two times he did this, inflation was high. So he may respond more to inflation than anything else.
