The Importance of Typing on iOS

As iOS has become increasingly important in my life, I went through a long time of trying to learn how to type this way. And I blocked out part of my schedule every day to do touch typing lessons with a thumb keyboard on the iPhone and with a split keyboard on the iPad. But I just could never ever get that skill. It was just totally lost to me. It's like trying to learn a language as an older person. For some reason, my brain just was not able to pick that up.
