If you're doing 20 hard sets per week for your lower body, that is not going to be 20 sets of squats. Unless those final five sets are going to be with like, one 35 on the bar,. And there are some excises, like barbl backswots, you probably get a lot of both. But like a dead lift, that's always the joker in the pack, like, huge, like stimulus within there, but the fatigue cost. So i like that stimulus fatigue ratio to individualized exercises.
