The Express-Signa deal was all over the news in December. The two companies were trying to find a white label merger that would work for both of them. David Sihd actually tried to do another large health plan, and they wanted to emerge with another large company. But when i bought evicor though, really brought signa back into view. It means both of us want fast resolution to a decision whether we should merge the companies or not.
