How Do You Start Your Day?

I know there's no typical day in the life when it comes to food, fasting and weight training. But give us some of the key things that you're looking to hit in the day. So what time do you find yourself on regular occasion waking up? Between five and six AM if I'm lucky. Have you always been a morning person? I think working in healthcare, it was by necessity because I would have been miserable without being an early bird.
