The Power of Majorities to Impose Dilemma

In the 1930s, there was quite a lot of democracy in the world. I think we can look at that period. The same issues with the use of majorities to impose dictatorships were important. People like Xi Jinping, Putin himself, Orbán, develop a cult of the personality. They don't want anyone around them of the world to be able to do that.
