Why Judges Matter
Some of the things that you detailed there, and the degree to which they have moved swiftly to roll back those things is alarming, yes. And a, in many cases, they do it without regard to laws and procedures that they're supposed to follow when they're rolling back a regulation. That's why judges are so important to them. But i think part of the reason why they're hoping to get more judges on the bench is so that they'll have more judges who don't really care about those things.
