Sanwich codle: We've got alot of large enterprises stuck thinking just about economies of scale, in reducing unit cost and so on. But when you properly bring in design technology and you start thinking about the actual economics of flow that's when you see these amazing things happen. The key thing around this is measurement, is actually understanding both, again, the measurements around flow. Sanwich Codle: I think some people are not even aware that the products exist to do deep er behavior insight. And another way to think about this is like marketing analytics is very much, it's pretty transaction. It's like did my campaign perform well or didn't it?
